1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through pale-shimmer.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Pale Shimmer Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (No. 11428390), apothecary at 18 Chiltern Street, Marylebone, London W1U 7QA.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our Marylebone apothecary within one working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 arrives in 2–3 working days; Tracked 24 next working day. Complimentary UK shipping on orders over £80.

4. Returns

If a formula is not right for your skin, return it — used or unused — within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Sale items and gift sets are returnable unopened only.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
